Does this work with my existing Wix store or do I need to change anything?
Works with your existing Wix store. You don't need to rebuild anything, change templates, or learn new tools. We install our fulfillment service inside your Shipping & Fulfillment section and everything else stays exactly as it is.

Do my customers see anything different?
No. Your checkout is still Wix checkout. Your confirmation email is still your Wix email template. The only difference your customers notice is that their tracking link actually works and their order shows up faster.

What if I'm already using another fulfillment service on Wix?
We can run alongside or replace them. If you're on something like ShipBob or a local UAE 3PL, we typically migrate you during a one-week transition period. Your open orders stay with the previous service until they ship. New orders start going through SamVertex.

I have multiple products with different sizes and colors. Does your inventory sync handle that?
Yes. Every Wix product variant gets its own SKU in our system. Size, color, flavor, whatever variants you have, they sync independently. A customer buying the "small blue" variant decrements that specific stock count, not the general product.

What if a customer wants to return something?
Returns come back to our warehouse. We inspect them, photograph them, and let you know what came back and its condition. You decide whether to restock, refurbish, or remove. We handle the physical side, you handle the customer communication through Wix as normal.

How do I know if my orders are shipping on time?
You see recent fulfillment activity inside your Wix dashboard (in the SamVertex panel we set up). For anything deeper, we have a dashboard at samvertex.com where you can see every order's current status, dispatch history, and tracking.

Can I visit the warehouse and see my inventory?
Yes. We're at Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2. Most merchants visit once at the start to see where their inventory lives and meet our operations team. You're welcome anytime after that.
