Fulfillment, three ways, one platform.
Your customers order on Amazon, Noon, Shopify, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, or you send stock to Amazon's FBA network. Whatever the channel, SamVertex handles the physical operation so you can focus on selling.
Ecommerce fulfillment is the whole loop, run for you. We receive your inventory into our Dubai warehouse and store it from AED 85 per CBM. We pick and pack each order at AED 3, then deliver UAE-wide at AED 29. Direct-to-consumer and marketplace orders run off one stock pool, so you are not splitting inventory across channels. You see live stock and order status; we run the floor.
Pick the model that fits how you sell.
SamVertex runs three fulfillment services that cover almost every way UAE sellers reach customers. Most sellers use more than one. Here is how they differ.
Marketplace fulfillment handles your Amazon FBM and Noon FBP orders, where the marketplace owns the customer relationship. Direct sales fulfillment covers every channel where you own the customer: Shopify, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, your custom site. FBA prep ships your inventory into Amazon's or Noon's fulfillment centers so they handle delivery. We explain each in depth on its own page below.
Not sure which one you need.
Two questions narrow it down. Where you sell, and who owns the customer.
If you sell on multiple channels, you likely need more than one of these services. That is normal. We combine them on one monthly invoice with clear line items.
One system runs everything.
Most UAE 3PLs operate on spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. SamVertex runs on SVX, our in-house dispatch and fulfillment platform at app.samvertex.com. Every order across all three fulfillment models flows through the same system.
SVX handles real-time order routing across carriers, customer-facing tracking with POD and signature capture, cash-on-delivery reconciliation with flexible settlement windows, and returns workflow with inspection and disposition. For a deeper look at what the platform actually does, see the last-mile page which goes into dispatch specifics.
Pricing with per-order transparency.
Every service has a clear base rate. Add-ons are priced separately and line-itemed on your invoice. No setup fees, no monthly minimums, no hidden handling charges.

Every major channel we handle.
If you sell here, we handle fulfillment. Pick your channels below and see which service we route them through.
Not seeing your channel? If you sell through a channel we have not listed, odds are we can still help. Direct sales covers any merchant-owned storefront with an order export or API. Ask us during quoting.
What is included across all three services.
Some things do not change regardless of which fulfillment model you use. Here is the baseline SamVertex guarantee on every order, every channel.
Real-time order visibility through the SVX dashboard. See every order's status the moment it changes. No email confirmations, no polling. Customer-facing tracking at samvertex.com/track with POD, signature capture, and live status in English, Arabic, and Russian. Flexible COD handling with settlement cycles matched to your cash flow needs. Returns workflow with inspection, photo documentation, and disposition control back to you. Same warehouse, same team across all three services, which means cross-service stock transfers have no handling fee. And all UAE emirates covered, same-day in Dubai, next-day elsewhere.
Questions we get.
Can I use more than one of these services at once?
Yes, most sellers do. A typical setup: marketplace for Amazon and Noon orders, direct sales for Shopify and Instagram orders, FBA prep periodically for bulk inbounds. All three services run in the same warehouse on the same platform. Combined invoicing, line-itemed so you can see exactly what each channel cost.
How do I decide between marketplace and direct sales if I sell on Amazon AND Shopify?
You use both. Amazon orders go through marketplace fulfillment at AED 3 per order. Shopify orders go through direct sales at AED 29 full service or AED 3 prep-only. The decision is not either-or, it is per-channel.
What is the difference between direct sales full-service and prep-only?
Full-service AED 29 covers pick-pack-ship AND last-mile delivery via our fleet. Prep-only AED 3 covers pick-pack and hands the package to a courier you arrange. If you already have a courier agreement or prefer specific carriers, prep-only is your option.
Do you handle branded packaging and inserts for direct sales?
Yes, at no extra charge. Send us your branded boxes, tape, inserts, and thank-you cards during onboarding. We apply them per order. If you want custom unboxing experiences per SKU, we quote that separately.
Do I need inventory in your warehouse to use any of these services?
Yes for all three. Inventory lives in our Ras Al Khor warehouse under your storage agreement. Marketplace, direct sales, and FBA prep all draw from that same stock. Storage is priced separately at AED 85 per CBM per month for dry, AED 120 for cold.
How do orders flow into SVX from each channel?
Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon connect via direct API. Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok can feed orders through spreadsheet uploads, CSV integrations, or manual entry through the SVX portal. We work with merchants during onboarding to set up the cleanest flow for their mix.
What is the onboarding timeline?
From signed agreement to first order shipping: typically 5 to 7 business days. We need your product data (SKUs, dimensions, weights, barcodes), your initial inventory at our warehouse, and integration access for each channel you sell on. Faster if your data is clean and pre-organized.
How are returns handled across the three services?
Returns come back to our warehouse regardless of which service handled the original order. We inspect, photograph, and report condition within 24 hours. You decide: restock if resellable, discard if damaged, or ship back to Amazon or Noon in the FBA case. Returns handling is priced per case based on labor.
What happens if my Amazon FBA shipment gets rejected by the fulfillment center?
This is rare because we prep strictly to Amazon current spec, but if it happens we cover the re-prep cost. The FBA prep service includes a rejection coverage clause: if Amazon rejects a shipment for a prep issue we caused, we fix and resend at no extra charge. See the FBA prep page for full terms.
What about channels you have not listed here?
If it is a merchant-owned storefront or marketplace we do not have listed, ask us. Direct sales covers almost any channel with order export capability. We have handled OpenCart, Magento, custom React storefronts, Salla, Zid, and regional marketplaces beyond Amazon and Noon. Quote stage is the right time to discuss a specific channel.
