Full-stack logistics for UAE online sellers.

SamVertex is a Dubai-based third-party logistics provider and e-commerce solutions company. We run warehousing, fulfillment, UAE-wide delivery, Amazon FBA prep, Noon FC prep, freight from China, and customs clearance for online sellers across the Emirates. We also offer free e-commerce consultations for new sellers. The operation runs on SVX, our own platform, built to handle COD, real-time tracking, and proof of delivery on every order.

The story

Two jobs, two countries, one idea.

Karlos Layus left Syria at 18. Moved to Armenia for work. Spent the next several years working full-time jobs while freelancing on the side, trading stocks, and collecting the capital and operational experience to start something of his own. At one point he was working two full-time jobs simultaneously. The goal was always the same: own the operation, don't work inside someone else's.

The idea for SamVertex came out of watching small sellers in the UAE get squeezed from every direction. Big 3PLs wouldn't work with them because their order volume was too small. Small 3PLs took shortcuts: paper COD sheets, missed deliveries, ghosted WhatsApp messages. There was no middle option. No 3PL built for the Shopify seller running their store from home, the Instagram seller with 50 orders a month, the first-time Amazon FBA merchant who doesn't know Amazon's rules yet.

SamVertex is not trying to be the biggest 3PL in the UAE. We are trying to be the one that small sellers actually trust. The difference matters.

Four things we do differently.

Owner-operated

There is one person responsible for every part of this operation, Karlos Layus, and his name is on the paperwork. You are not passed from sales to onboarding to account management to support. One operation, one accountable person at the top.

Built our own platform

SVX is the operational platform SamVertex runs on. We built it because the off-the-shelf options did not fit the size of the merchants we serve. The software and the operation were designed together, not bolted on.

No contracts, no minimums

Monthly invoice based on actual usage. No setup fees, no lock-in, no minimum order volume. Scale up when your sales grow, scale down when they shrink, or stop entirely. The goal is to earn your business every month, not to trap you into paying for it.

Operations

Dubai-based, UAE-wide.

Our main warehouse is at Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2 in Dubai, one of the main logistics hubs in the emirate. Easy access to Port Rashid and Jebel Ali for sea freight, DXB and DWC for air freight, and Amazon and Noon fulfillment centers for direct delivery.

We deliver across all seven emirates. Same-day in Dubai when orders are placed before 2 PM. Next-day to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Our own driver network, not resold through a third-party courier.

Office hours are Monday to Sunday, 11 AM to 9 PM. If you need us outside those hours for an operational emergency, the phone still works.

Every order we handle moves through SVX, the operational platform we built for SamVertex. Dispatcher command center, driver app, merchant portal, COD reconciliation, POD capture with photos and signatures, real-time tracking. All one system, all visible to you.

Building the 3PL small UAE sellers actually want.

Our plan for SamVertex is the same as when we started: be the 3PL that small and medium UAE sellers actually trust. More merchants, more orders, more services that serve the small seller, more people on the team doing it with us. No aggressive expansion targets, no fundraising narratives, no pivots to new markets.
