Standalone delivery (you store somewhere else, we just deliver) is not something we offer today. Storage is where we add the most value. When your orders live with us, we pick, pack, handle COD, and deliver as one operation under one invoice.

Every order passes through the same six states, visible to both you and your customer in real time. Status updates push to your portal and the customer's tracking page as drivers update their app.
Order received, then assigned
Typically within 15 minutes during working hours. The dispatcher reviews, matches to the nearest available driver, and the order moves to "assigned" in both your portal and the driver app.
Picked up, then on the way
Package leaves our hub or the merchant's location. The driver app tracks location as the delivery progresses. Customer gets an SMS notification with a tracking link the moment the status flips.
Delivered, then POD captured
Driver uploads a photo of the delivered package and captures a recipient signature on the driver app. Both appear in the merchant portal and on the customer tracking page within seconds, not hours.

What does the AED 29 per order cover?
Pickup from our warehouse, delivery to your customer's door, proof of delivery with photo and signature, COD collection if applicable, real-time tracking for you and your customer, and one re-delivery attempt if the customer is not home the first time. This price applies when your stock is with us through our Direct Sales, Marketplace, or Warehousing service.
Do you deliver across all seven emirates?
Yes. Same-day in Dubai if the order is placed before 2 PM. Next-day in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Same AED 29 regardless of emirate.
What's the cutoff for same-day delivery in Dubai?
2 PM. Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered the same day. Orders after 2 PM go out the next morning.
How do you handle COD collection?
Driver collects cash on delivery and logs the amount in the driver app. The collection shows up in SVX Command and in your merchant portal immediately. End of day, cash returns to our office and gets reconciled against the order records.
When do I get my COD money?
Settlement frequency is flexible per merchant. Some want weekly, some monthly, some on demand. Tell us what works, we'll set it up. You can also request an on-demand payout any time from the merchant portal.
What happens on a failed delivery attempt?
The first delivery attempt is included in the AED 29 fee. If the first attempt fails, a second attempt costs AED 15 (re-delivery). If the second attempt also fails, the package returns to our warehouse at no extra charge and we hold it for customer pickup or coordinate with you on next steps.
How do customers track their order?
Every order gets a unique tracking number (SVX format). Customers track at samvertex.com/track in English, Arabic, or Russian. They see status updates in real time and can view the POD photo and signature after delivery.
What integrations do you support?
Shopify (native app), Amazon (API), Noon (API), WooCommerce (email-based, plugin coming), Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok Shop (email-based), CSV upload on request, and direct manual entry in the merchant portal.
Do I need a minimum order volume?
No minimums, no contracts. You pay per delivery on top of your storage and fulfillment charges. Scale up or down as your sales change.
How do I get started?
If you already store with us, delivery is already active on your account. If you don't, talk to us about warehousing or fulfillment first. Typical onboarding from first contact to first delivery is 3 to 5 days depending on which fulfillment service fits.
