What does COD cost at SamVertex?
AED 29 per order for full COD-enabled delivery across the UAE, with no separate COD handling fee. Most UAE 3PLs add 1.5 to 3 percent of order value on top of the per-delivery rate. We do not.
What is a typical COD remittance cycle?
Market cycles run 7 to 14 days from delivery to your bank. SamVertex settles weekly on Mondays, and daily for sellers running 300 or more orders a month, which cuts the cash-flow lag to 1 to 2 days.
What is the RTO rate on COD orders in the UAE?

Do you charge a COD handling fee?
