We store your inventory from AED 85 per CBM a month, pick and pack at AED 3 per order, and deliver UAE-wide at AED 29 per order, same-day in Dubai on the 14:00 cutoff. Cash on delivery, FBA and Noon prep, and returns run on the same account. We run it from our JAFZA facility. No setup fee, no minimum volume, no contract.
What we run for you
Ecommerce fulfillment
Your inventory lives in our Dubai warehouse. We receive it, store it, and pick and pack every order at AED 3, then deliver UAE-wide at AED 29. Direct-to-consumer, marketplace, or both off one stock pool. You watch it move; we run the floor.
Warehousing
Dry space at AED 85 per CBM a month, climate-controlled at AED 120 for pharma, food, and cosmetics. You pay for the volume you actually hold, billed monthly against your average. No racking deposit, no long lease, no space you are not using.
COD logistics
Cash on delivery across all seven emirates at AED 29 an order, no handling fee, cash collected at the door. Daily reconciliation, weekly settlement on Mondays; settle daily once you pass 300 orders a month. The COD page has the full RTO math.
Customs clearance
Import clearance is bundled into every freight lane we run: HS classification, duty and VAT, and the paperwork that strands shipments at the border when it is wrong. You do not buy it standalone; it comes baked into the sea and air freight you book with us.
Freight forwarding
Sea from China at AED 499 per CBM, air at AED 35 a kilo, both cleared on arrival in the UAE. We move the restock from the supplier door into our warehouse, then into your fulfillment pool, so inbound and outbound run on one account.

Here are the rates we invoice, pulled straight from our pricing page. No quote form, no minimum, no setup fee. Storage is per CBM, fulfillment is per order, prep is per unit, and freight is per CBM or kilo. UAE VAT at 5 percent applies on top of every line.

What does a Dubai 3PL cost per month?
About AED 7,080 a month before VAT for a seller holding 8 CBM and shipping 200 orders: AED 680 storage, AED 600 pick and pack, AED 5,800 delivery. It scales straight up and down with your volume because every line is variable. No setup fee, no minimum. The table above has every rate.
What is your minimum monthly commitment?
None. No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no contract length. We bill monthly on 15-day terms and onboard same-day, so you can run a small batch through the workflow before you move real volume. Month-to-month, no exclusivity.
How fast can we onboard?
Same-day. Send your inventory, your SKUs, and your store connection, and we can be receiving and shipping the same working day. The warehouse runs 09:00 to 19:00 GST, closed Sunday, with a 14:00 cutoff for same-day Dubai dispatch.
Which emirates do you deliver to?
All seven: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Same-day in Dubai on the 14:00 cutoff, next-day across the rest of the UAE, out of JAFZA.
Can you handle Amazon FBA and Noon prep?
Yes. FBA and Noon FC prep is AED 0.50 a unit plus the carton label, covering FNSKU application, polybagging, and bundling where the marketplace needs it. We book the inbound appointment and ship it in fully compliant. Marketplace and direct-to-consumer orders run off the same stock pool.
How is this different from a freight forwarder?
A forwarder moves your goods from A to B and stops at the warehouse door. We do the freight too, at AED 499 per CBM by sea or AED 35 a kilo by air, but then we store the stock, pick and pack every order, deliver to the customer, and handle returns and COD. One account from the supplier in China to the buyer in Sharjah.
